This occurred because the system has been subject to an unprecedented quantity of spam postings, which use the 'comment' functionality of sites - specifically anonymous comment - to target userbases. To stop this from happening again and generally address the problem of robot-spam, OpenMute has been forced to implement some strict safety measures: we hope you will bear with us while we go through with them.
